During the many months in Colorado studying under John & Josh Lyons, Frank has learned many different techniques in achieving success through conditioned response training. Through John & Josh's experience training over 4,000 horses, they taught simplified approaches to training, utilizing a building block process. During his time in Colorado, Frank traveled with Josh to Golden Colorado and Texas where he assisted with conducting clinics. During Frank's time with Josh, he met and befriended other great clinicians whom he worked with such as Tommy Turvey, Al Dunning, Richie Wingfield, Brian Thomas, and Josh's sister Brandi Lyons.
